Every ER system is built to order and checked before it leaves — the intent is straightforward: nothing ships that hasn't been powered on, stressed, and confirmed stable first.

The validation philosophy

A system that boots is not the same as a system that is validated. The bar for shipping an ER system is sustained stability under real load — thermal, power, and storage — not just a successful first boot into the operating system.

Where we are today

Final, formally documented burn-in and validation procedures — exact test durations, specific stress-test tooling, pass/fail thresholds per tier — are still being standardized. We are not publishing specific numbers here until that standardization is complete, because a specific claim that isn't backed by a finalized, repeatable procedure isn't honest information — it's a guess dressed up as a fact.
